Those who achieved promotions, ED I and Matching ED I Bonuses and earned the Mercedes-Benz according to the previous Career Path in January and February 2010, will be recognized in the April/May issue of the Cookie Connection.

Beginning in the June/July issue, promotions to Senior Team Consultant and above for the new Comp Plan will be recognized in the Cookie Connection, with special notation of Dream Drive-away achievement for Senior Directors and above. New Support for Spanish-Speaking Consultants!
One of Cookie Lee's major initiatives in 2010 is to expand our presence in the Hispanic market. At our Spring/Summer 2010 Launch in January, Cookie Lee made exciting announcements about additional support tools for our Spanish-speaking Consultants.

Hispanic Field Development Manager
Cookie Lee has begun a search for a Hispanic Field Development Manager, who will help all Cookie Lee leaders tap into the Spanish-speaking communities across the country. In addition to partnering with leaders to plan and present Spanish language Biz Opp Meetings, Consultant Basics Trainings and leadership development meetings, the Hispanic Field Development Manager will also offer personal business coaching calls to Team Directors and above. We look forward to announcing the addition of this very important Cookie Lee staff member in the near future.
